It is possible to overcome the past in minutes!

I will teach you the technique, so you can do it in the comfort of your own home.  Past Experiences shape us to such an extent, that all our future decisions are based on the past.  Therefore, if we don’t sort out the past, it will become our future.

Many people think that you overcome past traumatic experiences, by giving it time!

Has anyone ever told you, that you have to go back and visit the memory, to clear it forever?  I know they don’t because it’s too hard!

However, after this exercise, you will be able to clear all those backed up files and live life to your full potential!

Here is a recap:

  1. Find your activation spot and think about a memory that sparks an emotional reaction (anger, worry, anxiety, irritability etc.)
  2. Focus on your bodily impulses and get them down to a 1 (one) out of 10
  3. Go back to your memory (activation spot) and see if you still feel the bodily impulses, if you do, go to step 4.
  4. Go back and forth between your memory (activation spot) and your body until you don’t feel any bodily impulses when thinking of that memory.

As easy as that!  It takes time to get used to, but if you can master this, you will be a whole new person!
